Had a really positive experience here. Salesperson was fantastic, and the finance manager was incredibly thorough and transparent about the differences between different options and packages. Even the negotiation process was transparent and painless, more of an open discussion. Everyone I met seemed cheerful and confident about everything, and even one of the managers came out for an in-person demonstration to answer a question I had. I expected the whole process to be fine/neutral, but they definitely exceeded that. Was a little surprised at how pleasant and positive everything was.

Really a great experience at this dealership. The whole process was very smooth and each and every person there was friendly and responsive. Working with Kelly and Jason and then with Ryan to close was really great. Everyone wanted to make sure we had our questions answered. I've been a Ford guy for my whole life, most recently acquiring an awesome '23 King Ranch 150 new from Ford. I've been using other shops in Austin until last fall when I wanted to upgrade my mirrors - I ordered from Ford.com and Leif Johnson Service installed them for me. That service was so quick, easy and professional - for a part they didn't even sell me from the dealer - that I'm using them for everything now! Just last week, I needed a 10K service, and they performed it right here at my house with their Mobile Service option! Even handled a Recall I didn't know about. Their service experts are super professional and courteous. Their work is top-tier. I absolutely love these guys and highly recommend to anyone!

Best dealership I have dealt with in my life, and I have bought a lot of vehicles. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful from the receptionist to the sales staff to the finance department. 1st rate customer service and follow-up; if you have any issues, it is addressed right then, not days later. Finance team goes out of their way to find you the best interest rates and explain all of your options in easy layman's terms. Service and sales managers both come over to greet you and ensure your experience is first rate. They really make you feel like family and are looking out for your best interest.
